Introduction：‘China Contemporary Gamboling Children Series’ (four pieces): Based on the Chinese traditional gamboling children design, a well-known symbol of folkways culture, the artist reconstructs, generalizes and deforms this design using modern ceramic techniques. Also, the artist strengthens the decoration, by using the great Chinese blue and white glaze which has been passed on for thousand of years, along with the ancient color craft. This mix of tradition and modernity, produces a new beauty of contemporary visual language, makes a breakthrough of visual ceramics art like breaking the cocoon into a butterfly!
